For the CardCon opening night, we welcomed 125 guests from Wells Fargo and planners from across the country to Legacy Farms for an evening that was anything but ordinary. From the very beginning, our goal was to create a true Tennessee experience. The event featured an incredible lineup of locally sourced and minority-owned vendors, thoughtfully curated to reflect the richness of the region and support small businesses. Guests were treated to an array of immersive activities that brought the South to life, including equine photo ops with real horses, a rustler hat branding station, artisan salsa tastings, whiskey and cocktail bars, and not one but two stages with live music to keep the energy high all night long. Every detail was designed to feel intentional and experiential, blending entertainment with local flavor in a way that felt personal and memorable. As the night drew to a close, a fireworks finale lit up the sky—ending the evening on a high note and giving guests one more unforgettable moment to take with them.
The Menu
The food was where we really brought the flavor. Our Southern-inspired menu included:
- Pot roast skewers with stuffing fritters, red potatoes, glazed carrots, and sweet peppers
- Fried green tomatoes with housemade pimento cheese and Benton’s bacon
- A grilled vegetable carving station as both a visual and culinary centerpiece
- Nashville hot chicken and waffles with spiced maple syrup
- Apple cider donuts handed out as a parting treat
- The cocktail menu was just as curated, featuring Tennessee Mules, cinnamon apple sangria, and a warm hot apple pie cocktail with smoked garnishes.
