Booking & Getting Started
How do I secure my event date?
Your date is secured once your catering agreement is signed and your first payment is received.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
You’ll receive sample menus and pricing right away, followed by a conversation to learn more about your event, guest count, and priorities. From there, we build and refine a proposal around your ideas, what matters most to you, your budget, and the logistics of the event.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates, especially spring and fall weekends, tend to book early. We intentionally limit the number of events we accept so every client receives the level of planning, service, and attention their event deserves. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date and venue in mind.
Can the sample menu be customized?
Absolutely. Sample menus are starting points, not limits. Every proposal is refined around your preferences, ideas, logistics, and goals.
Pricing & Budget
What does catering typically cost per person?
Most menus fall within $30–$50 per guest, depending on menu style and service level. Staffing and event operation fees are additional and vary based on guest count, service style, timing, and logistics. Sample menus with pricing are sent after inquiry to give you a realistic starting point.
Do you charge more because it’s a wedding?
No. We price based on guest count, day of week, season, and booking status. Never because it’s a wedding.
Can you work within a specific budget?
Yes. We help align menu style, service, logistics, and guest experience with your budget so the plan feels right both financially and operationally.

Menus & Tastings
Do you offer tastings?
Yes. We offer three ways to experience the food: complimentary hosted dinner events for two guests, a complimentary private tasting after booking, or a private tasting before booking for $400 (for two guests). Tastings are designed to confirm your selections and help you move forward with confidence.
Can you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. We regularly accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, and other dietary needs so every guest has something they can enjoy.
Service & Logistics
Do you work at venues without a kitchen?
Yes. This is one of our specialties. We regularly cater events in spaces without built-in kitchens and plan carefully for the equipment, setup, and service needs of each location. Your guests experience smooth service and proper timing regardless of the venue.
Will I need to manage anything on event day?
No. Our goal is to make it a no-work day for you, your team, your family, and your guests. Our team handles setup, service flow, timing, coordination, and breakdown so you can stay focused on the experience and the people you’re there to celebrate with.
When do you need the final guest count?
Final guest count is typically due 14 days before the event so we can finalize food quantities and staffing.
Planning & Vendor Coordination
How do you coordinate with planners and other vendors?
We work closely with your planner and vendor team well before the event to make sure timing, service flow, setup, and transitions are clearly planned in advance. On the day of the event, our event manager remains in close communication with your planner and vendor team to keep everything in sync.
Team & Staffing
How do you staff each event?
We are intentional about building the right team for each event. Our staff goes through a structured training program focused on service standards, timing, guest flow, and communication. We match team members to each event based on service style, guest count, and the overall flow of the day.
Bar Service
Do you provide bar service?
Yes. We hold a full liquor license and can provide complete bar service, including certified bartenders, alcohol, mixers, setup, and service.
Can I provide my own alcohol?
Yes. We can discuss available options during planning to ensure everything aligns with licensing, insurance, and your event needs.
Additional Services
Do you offer rentals?
Yes. We can assist with tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, glassware, and other event essentials to simplify planning.
Do you offer drop-off catering?
Yes, for select corporate and social events. Weddings and large-scale celebrations are typically full-service so timing and flow are properly managed.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Nashville and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities, including off-site venues, private properties, and event spaces throughout the region.
