Plated service brings a different rhythm to your event. Guests are seated, courses arrive in sequence, and every plate is composed with intention. It’s the most refined service style we offer, and the one that gives your menu the room to be the centerpiece.
Composed Presentations
Every plate is built in our kitchen and finished moments before it reaches your guests. Proteins are seared to order, sauces are placed with care, garnishes are intentional rather than decorative. The plating itself becomes part of the experience.
Seasonal Entrees
Our plated menus shift with the seasons. Spring brings herb-crusted lamb and asparagus, summer leans into heirloom tomatoes and stone fruit, fall calls for braised short ribs and root vegetables, winter goes deep with rich sauces and hearty proteins. The menu fits the moment.
Multi-Course Service
From a single elegant entree to a full multi-course tasting menu, we design plated service that paces your event properly. Salad or soup, entree, dessert, and any course in between, timed so your guests are never waiting and never rushed.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does plated service take?
Typically 60 to 90 minutes for a three-course meal, depending on guest count and number of servers. We build the timeline with your planner.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergen-specific entrees are plated with the same care as the standard menu. We coordinate with your seating chart so the right plate reaches the right guest.
How many servers will I need?
For plated service, we typically staff one server per 15 to 20 guests to keep timing tight and service smooth.
Can we offer guests a choice of entree?
Yes. We can offer a pre-selected dual entree option or collect entree selections through your RSVPs and coordinate with your seating chart.
