~Recipe~
1 lb. of your favorite BBQ lightly sauced {Pork, Chicken, or Beef)
24 Biscuits {You can use your favorite homemade biscuit recipe or store bought! Make sure you mix in some shredded cheddar cheese and fresh copped herbs for extra deliciousness. Spray some water on top with your favorite herb blend…we love Mrs. Dash!}
Pickled Onions {Topping} EXTRA RECIPE AHEAD!
Preparation:
Prepare Biscuits and slice horizontally Fill biscuits with BBQ, top with additional sauce and pickled onions.

*Pickled Onions*
2 large red onions – thinly sliced
1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
Preparation:
Whisk first 3 ingredients and 1 cup water in a small bowl until sugar and salt dissolve. Place onion in a jar; pour vinegar mixture over. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. DO AHEAD: Can be made 2 weeks ahead. Cover and chill. Drain onions before using.
